Virtual museum trips, VE Day 75 celebrations and ‘wacky staff outfits’ all feature in May’s newsletter from Red Balloon Reading. At a time when students have been learning from home, they’ve certainly been busy. Just to give you a flavour….in science, they chose topics ranging from spaceships to physiology, in English they explored myths and legends and in PSHEE students focused on resilience and how to cope in stressful times. Read too about how one student received a letter from Prime Minister Boris Johnson, saying thank you for her ‘get well soon’ card.
