Location: Essex and Suffolk. The role involves visiting students in their homes and working with staff and students at our Danbury Centre. Some travel to our Cambridge Centre is also required.

Hours: roughly 2-3 days per week, exact hours to be discussed at interview

Term: fixed term until July 2021, with potential for extension

Role

We seek a Link Mentor to support students living in the Essex/South Suffolk area. The role involves supporting students with face to face regular meetings to achieve educational, wellbeing and community targets as well as working with the families, schools, local authority and other stakeholders. The mentor will need to keep detailed records to monitor and evaluate progress of all students they mentor. Confident IT and communication skills will be needed, as the mentor will work frequently with the extended RBAir team virtually.
